Operating within former stables we have approximately 2200 free range chickens at any one time.

The 5th building is a 4 room storage/workshop unit for vegetable and chicken operational needs
Key utility information
There is an eskom 3 phase power supply to the farm. In addition a 15kva generator with alternating switchgear to replace power when outages occur there is a telkom landline to the property- not the most reliable. Just a half a kilometer distant is a cell tower (not visible from the homestead) providing cellular usage

Climate conditions
we have a pleasant summer with temperatures normally around 24/26 degrees with low humidity. Winters are cold due to height (and for three months normally between 6-10 degrees) and snow at least twice a year can be expected
