The land, three-and-a-half acres in aptly named Paradiso, a few kilometres from the beautiful and historic Southern Italian city of Ostuni, is ours and we have full planning permission to build the stunning and individually designed villa on the site. As well as being supremely affordable, it’s also pretty painless to buy. First of all you pay us 130,000 euros for the land, complete with the planning permits, and then you pay around 100,000 euros for it to be built. We can arrange this for you with a highly reputable local builder, and you pay him direct – no middle men, no agency fees – in stages and only after each stage has been completed to your satisfaction.
You can go full steam ahead, or take your time. It’s up to you. The internal lay out and design is also up to you. At present it is configured as a three-bed, two-bath property but you can alter this to suit. You also have the option of buying the full seven-acre site for an additional 60,000 euros. By the way the villa won’t look like the architect’s drawing when finished – it’ll be even better.
