All windows and doors are double glazed with shutters.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor, entrance room/dining room, seperate kitchen, 3rd bedroom/utility room, downstairs shower room & wc, large lounge. Currently the sterna collects rain water and is used to irrigate the garden.
