FSBO - for sale by owners - how does it work?

Simply put it means that property owners are selling their own properties directly without the aid of an estate agent or realtor.

More and more property owners are now finding that selling their own properties direct can save them many thousands of pounds in commission payments.

For sale by owner or FSBO as it is sometimes referred to has become a familiar term within the international property and real estate arena.
