Sea Dreams is the second resort village of Dreamville Ltd. It is located in Sunny Beach Resort. The resort village consists of 4 buildings, and is equipped with private swimming pools, lifts, cafe-restaurant, shopping facilities, parking lot, 24 hr security and maintenance, private access, reception and chambermaid office, green area with childrens playground.
The complex was completed in October 2005. The apartments are luxuriously fitted with: Bathroom with luxury sanitary equipment, Boiler-heater, Air-conditioner in every apartment, Terracotta flooring, Latex painted walls, PVC window frames. The apartment consists of living/dining area, bathroom , fully fitted out with up to date furniture.
This apartment sleeps up to 4 with 2 fully sprung double sofa beds. It has lovely large balcony with furniture. It is fully furnished from towels/bedding/washing machine/all kitchen utensils. Exceptionally competitively priced in an exclusive development and fully furnished. Mangement and all bills paid to end of 2010 and some bookings in place which i will pass over with all monies so get earning straight away.
I also have a one bedroom apartment in the same block . reason for selling both is that my family has grown and i am looking to finance a larger apartment.
Beaches amazing bus 3 min walk , aqua park 10 mins away free bus, main strip 5 min walk far enough to be away from noise. This complex is one of the nicest and cleanest around.
