Our house is set in lush tropical gardens situated in a luxury private condominium, right on the Atlantic Oceanfront.
There is a large swimming pool, childrens play area, gym and tennis court on site.
Downstairs there is an open plan layout, living area, dining area and kitchen partially separated by a breakfast bar.
There is also a single bedroom with en-suite, downstairs toilet, rear yard/storage area. Downstairs to the front there is a covered veranda area for dining or lazy hammock days.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms fitted wardrobes and aircon.
There is no heating as it is warm all year round in the Northeast of Brazil.
The house is pretty much fully furnished including: granite dining table and chairs, sofas, 5*beds, Bosch cooker, curtains, kitchenware etc.
Itacimirim is an exclusive residential district rapidly increasing in value as it is developed. The nearby resort of Praia do forte (5km away), is very popular with tourists from lots of other countries. Property prices in Praia do Forte are already very expensive. There are many activities run from here including Whale watching, horse riding, quad biking and canoeing.
Itacimirim is 45 minutes from Salvador International Airport along the coconut coast easily reached by the Linha Verde Route.
